CREDITS & RETURNS
No credit will be processed for returned goods unless the good were supplied in error or were damaged in transit. Requests for credit must be lodged within 2 days of receipt of goods.

INVOICING & SHIPPING
We anticipate orders taking 3-4 weeks to manufacture and that an invoice will be sent out 5 days prior to shipping and stools will be dispatched once payment has been received.

DO YOU HOLD STOCK?
No we do not, we run our manufacturing to order.

CAN WE COLLECT OUR ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY?
No we do not allow this

WILL YOU RUN A CUSTOM COLOUR FOR OUR STORE?
Yes we will consider this but the minimums are very high 60+ units.

ORDERING
The minimum stools order you will need to place is 10 units. Any additional units will need to be made in increments of 5. So orders can be 10, 15, 20, 25 etc.. This is because 5 units fit inside one box.

The minimum hook order is 6 units and multiples of 6 thereafter.

Each group of 5 units will need to be from the same category- 'Arnoldino' or 'Classic'. So you could order 5 Arnoldino and 5 Classic to make an order. Or 10 Classic and 5 Arnoldino, or 10 Arnoldino and 5 Classic, or 25 Classic and 10 Arnoldino, etc..

The total order can be made up of any assortment of colours. You do not have to order 5 x sage, 5 x orange etc, you could make an order made up of all different colours.

An example of an order (these are NZ colours):

2 x Sage Classic
2 x Khaki Classic
4 x Pink Classic
2 x French Grey Classic
Total 10 Classic

1 x Sage Arnoldino
2 x Khaki Arnoldino
2 x Pink Arnoldino 
Total 5 Arnoldino

(Total order of 15 units to fit inside three boxes)

Orders are placed via our wholesale portal only and are compiled and sent to the factory on the last day of each month. To keep to the manufacturing 3-4 week turnaround late orders cannot be accepted. Orders are generally shipped around the 21st of each month on receipt of payment.
